BAV has collaborated with Good Shephard Center in Halethorpe, MD to mentor and assist in moving youth forward in society.
This spring 2013 BAV’s CEO, Ms. Dorthienyer West-Johnson was able to attend Good Shephard’s “Reunion”. This event allowed recent graduates from Good Shephard’s programs to return to the school and reunite with staff.
