Company History

Build A Village, Non-Profit Incorporated was developed to create adequate housing and other programs for our communities within the United States and Foreign.

Our focus is on better housing, youth centers, educational training, and many other programs that will enhance our communities. We have been providing community-based affordable housing to meet the needs of our clients since August 2004. We were granted non-profit status through Federal and State of Maryland in June 2008.

Mission

The mission of our non-profit organization, Build A Village, is to provide adequate training, counseling, technical assistance and housing programs for the metropolitan areas within Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia.

Goals and Vision

Build A Village, Non-Profit Incorporated will aid in building the lives in our communities with our many programs such as youth centers to provide training, GED preparation, SAT preparation, interviewing skills, tutoring and mentoring. Our other programs will focus on job placement, life skills and improving the lives of people in the community as a whole. Our vision is to engage in innovative development that sparks new ideas to benefit our communities.
